Inspiration

Our inspiration comes from iconic mid-west family businesses: Cider mills and celebrated orchards of Michigan, the creameries and fisheries of Wisconsin, and the Illinois craft beer brewers along route 66.  We proudly partner with these businesses to curate creative dishes showcasing the best beverage and food northern mid-America has to offer.

Our northern mid-American Vendors

Living Water Farms

This small, sustainable, family farm located in the heart of Illinois farmland is focused on growing the highest quality specialty greens and micro greens year round for top chefs, select distributors, and local retail throughout the Midwest.

MightyVine

The vines at the MightyVine farm have to be strong as they twist and climb their way to the roof of a 30 acre greenhouse. Grown under pristine conditions with maximum sustainability, these tomatoes are picked fresh and to the market in hours, not weeks. Because of this speed, these varieties grow with the most delicious flavor, not ship-ability.

Smoking Goose

Our “go to” provider for slow cured and smoked meats, Smoking Goose sources meats from small family owned farms in Indiana raising animals as nature intended; no gestation pens, antibiotic free, 100% vegetarian feed, and no growth promotants.

Meats By Linz

Originally a neighborhood butcher shop, Meats by Linz, has grown to Chicago’s largest independent meat purveyor. They will stop at nothing to consistently provide high quality steaks for their customers, including breeding their own herd of Black Angus cattle.

Few Spirits

A grain to glass distillery since 2011, Few Spirit distills award wining craft whiskey and gin in a tucked away alley in the growing suburb of Chicago, Evanston, Illinois.

Double Clutch Brewing Co.

A neighborhood institution in nearby Evanston, Double Clutch crafts beers with the finest malts and hops from Europe and purified Lake Michigan water. We are proud to serve the seasonal offerings from Double Clutch such as their summery Shandy Pants Lemon Ale.
